The front page of the college magazine shows a college student smiling with books In his hand, implying that he is enthusiastic about college. the front page consists of a lot of bright colours, and dazzling shapes which catch the readers attention. the books in his hand could represent the subjects that the student studies.the lighting is mainly on the guys face which highlights his smile, his smile implies that he is enjoying his studying and that the magazine will also help you enjoy your studies.
The teasers are interesting, "Make money on campus", "why we love Blackberry", "Jump up and wave"..., the teasers intrigue the target audience as most people studying want to make money and most have an interest in smartphones.
The contents page has 16 heading and 3 images that are all
big and are aligned at the top of the page, the images show young girls smiling
and enjoying themselves, the 2nd picture shows a young lady relaxing
which all suggest happiness, the main image is bigger than the others and is
more centred than them, implying that it is more important and that the
magazine relates more to that picture
Remmi although you had blogger issues this has been resolved and all workshop notes and tasks (up to task 3) should now be on your blogger. You need to ensure you regularly blog and comment on all stages of the coursework. Likewise all tasks need to be in tasks order. Your production schedule is the first blog.! All elements of the case studies needs to uploaded asap. You are also missing the college magazine task and your own plan of the layout. Also ensure that you have audience feedback from the first few tasks. This blogger needs to be addressed very quickly.
ReplyDeleteRemmi you still need to address your blogger and its organisation of tasks as discussed in the feedback above. There is still a large amount of work missing and you need to consistently blog your progress. This now needs a thorough organisation. Still no case studies, analysis of press packs and media kits with institution discussion. Your blogs now are in terms of tasks completed are nearing tasks 8. Likewise newsstand tasks and distribution methods. You have your photography workshop notes but there should be full contact sheets and annotation of final shots for both studio and location photography on your blogger. Also you need to upload your presentation and start reflecting on the filmed feedback you received in class. All of this is to be uploaded before you start the construction processes.
